The Supply Chain Leadership Program (SCLP) is a world class rotational program. This award-winning program allows you to solve complex, real-world problems, receive on-going guidance from our senior executives, and work with a cohort of future supply chain leaders.
This program serves as the main avenue to recruit, engage, hire, and develop participants through training, mentorship, and high-impact projects in procurement and supply chain roles. You will be expected to deliver and drive measurable business impact, while preparing you to be a future leader in our Global Procurement and Supply Chain (GPSC) organization.
Over 24 months, you will participate in four six-month rotations, one of which is at a location abroad. Rotations are across various supply chain functions from global commodity management and supply chain solutions to advanced sourcing and materials management.
Cohort members will lead high-visibility projects that support strategic objectives and career development. Each rotation gives you an incredible and unique opportunity to build on and expand your skills, knowledge, and network.
SCLP provides comprehensive training and experiences to enable you to reach your career goals. You will undergo periodic trainings during and at the end of each rotation, featuring topics like negotiations, presenting with impact, and effective leadership.
Participants receive guided career development throughout the program, using best-in-class assessment tools, individual feedback, and coaching.
As a cohort member, you will receive mentorship from senior leaders including GPSC’s executive staff and our Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer to help you navigate career progression and learn from their vast and varied experiences. Senior SCLP members and alumni will also guide and provide insights on how to make the most of your experience.
When joining the SCLP, you automatically become part of a cohort of future leaders. More than just peers, they will be a support structure of teachers, friends, and colleagues! Participants are graduates from top universities with a focus on supply chain and operations.
Working hard is important, but so is having fun together and giving back to local communities. Cohorts regularly meet up for social events, lunches, networking events, and more. The entire group actively looks for opportunities to also take part in community involvement and mentoring.
Participants will have the chance to take on leadership roles within the SCLP and help shape the future of the program — and the company. We have four committees that team members can take an active role in, or even take on a direct leadership role:
